The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, Inc.

This Association, commonly referred to as SACS, accredits all educational institutions in the Southern region of the United States and is the largest accreditation agency in the world. Patrick McKee serves as general counsel and has represented the Association since 1988, in all aspects of its operations, including accreditation, employment, and general counseling and litigation.

Point University, Inc.

Point University is a private, Christian, liberal arts institution in West Point, Georgia. Point University was founded in 1937 as Atlanta Christian College. Patrick McKee serves as general counsel to Point University and has represented the college since 1990. 

Mount Paran Christian School, Inc.

Mount Paran is a large independent Christian School, grades K-12 in north Atlanta. Patrick McKee serves as general counsel to Mount Paran, and he represented the School in its successful and amicable separation from its founding Church.

Medical College of Georgia Foundation, Inc.

The Foundation is a large public charity. Patrick McKee advises and represents the Foundation in complex governance and litigation matters.

Town of Moreland

The Town of Moreland is the hometown of Georgia authors Lewis Grizzard and Erskine Caldwell. Mark Mitchell has served as City Attorney for Moreland since 2006 and advises the Town on matters relating to land use, planning, zoning and general local government issues.

City of Grantville

The City of Grantville is located in Coweta, County, Georgia. Mark Mitchell serves as City Attorney for the City of Grantville and in that capacity advises the Mayor, Council and city staff on all local government issues, including matters relating to employment, drafting of ordinances and contracts, zoning and land use and taxation issues.

Housing Authority of Newnan

Mark Mitchell serves as general counsel for the Housing Authority of the City of Newnan. He provides legal advice to the Board and staff on a myriad of issues including real estate acquisition and development, landlord/tenant and property management matters, tax exempt multifamily revenue bonds, employment and procurement.
